3t Training Services Celebrates Dual Wins at GWO Safety and Training Awards

Global safety-critical training leader, 3t Training Services, has once again proven its commitment to excellence, securing two prestigious wins at the Global Wind Organisation’s (GWO) Safety and Training Awards. The company took home the awards for Young Achiever of the Year and Trainer of the Year, reinforcing its status as the UK’s largest and leading training provider in the renewables industry.

Scott Bradley, 3t’s highly skilled Blade Repair Instructor, was awarded Trainer of the Year, a testament to his dedication and the high-calibre experience he brings to his trainees. Nominated by the delegates he’s guided through their training, Scott’s expertise and impact have been recognised globally, underscoring his role in shaping the future of wind energy training.

In the Apprentice of the Year category, Paige Convery, 3t’s Funded Account Manager, emerged as the winner, celebrating her significant contributions to the team and her exceptional achievements at such an early stage in her career. Paige’s commitment to supporting learners and advancing 3t’s mission in renewable energy training played a pivotal role in her win.

The awards ceremony, held at the GWO Forum in Florida, USA, in October spotlighted the best talent across the global wind training sector. Charlie Guthrie, Head of Renewables at 3t, expressed the company’s excitement, saying, “Winning these awards is a tremendous honour and a reflection of the dedication Scott, Paige, and the entire 3t team bring to our training programs. Their achievements highlight our commitment to excellence, not just as a company, but as individuals dedicated to the growth and safety of the wind industry workforce.”

These wins further solidify 3t Training Services’ reputation as a global leader in wind energy training, with one in five of the world’s wind trainees passing through its UK-based Renewables Training Centres of Excellence. 3t continues to set new benchmarks in quality and innovation, supporting the next generation of wind energy professionals.
