Course Overview
The training gives delegates an appreciation of general site safety, types of materials and safe methods of manual handling used in scaffolding.
A CISRS COTS includes both classroom and practical training in the one day course.

- A CITB HS&E (Health, Safety & Environment) test within 2 years or hold an accepted exemption

- Progress into a trainee scaffolder

- Certification: A CISRS certificate will be awarded on successful completion.
- Certificate validity (months): 60
- Target audience: Anyone looking to become a scaffolder.
- Revalidation: The course must be revalidated every 5 years.
- Items to bring: Appropriate PPE, including work boots. Government Issued Photographic ID eg Driver Licence or Passport and their National Insurance Number.
