GWO BTT Merit Gap Training
Course Overview
The training has become standardised to create a safer and more productive workforce and allow employers to recognise the validity of training with greater certainty that the quality meets their own expectations.
GWO BTT Merit Gap Training allows delegates with other existing manufacturer certificates to validate their preexisting training.
3t Training Services will 'train the gap' and 'merit' an individual's training to GWO standard, supporting the industry's transition to GWO BTT.
The training covers electrical, mechanical and hydraulic elements with both practical and theoretical training.

Delegates completing this training course will be able to;- Adhere to the standard of the GWO BTT certificate

- Certification: A GWO certificate will be issued upon successful completion
- Target audience: Delegates who already possess a Siemens Vestas or equivalent Basic Technical certificate e.g. Siemens L1-L4
- Revalidation: There is no revalidation requirement for this training programme.
- Items to bring: Government Issued Photographic ID eg Driver Licence or Passport
