Following the incredible response to our previous picture campaigns, 3t is excited to announce the launch of #PicturePerfectIndustry, a photo competition designed to celebrate the dedicated professionals and breath-taking environments of the oil & gas, wind, marine, construction, and utilities industries.
From dizzying heights at the top of a wind turbine to vast ocean expanses of offshore platforms, or even the depths of underground utilities, these industries offer some of the most remarkable workspaces in the world.
We have huge prizes up for grabs! One winner from each of the four key industries will receive a free training course of their choice, worth thousands of pounds, to help refresh, upskill, or even cross-train into a different sector. Whether you’re working at great heights, digging deep on the ground, or stationed on a rig, our expert training equips you with the skills to work safely and effectively.
How to enter:
We’re looking for striking photos of your workplace environment. Whether you’re on an offshore rig, at the top of a wind turbine, out at sea, on a construction site, or maintaining essential utilities onshore, we want to see where your training has taken you. The key to entering is capturing a picture-perfect shot of your workplace setting!
1. Snap a picture-perfect shot of your workplace, highlighting the uniqueness of your environment.
2. Email your photo to competitions@3tglobal.com along with your name, industry, and contact details.
3. Make sure your entry is submitted before midnight on 31st October.
The winners will be judged based on creativity, workplace setting, and the overall message of safety and professionalism in your environment.
Winners will be notified via email by 12th November.

Important competition rules:
- Do not breach any Health & Safety regulations or your employer’s photography policies.
- Unsafe or inappropriate photos will be disqualified immediately.
- High-quality images only, no screenshots or low-resolution copies.
- Photos must be your own, no stock photography or borrowed images.
- Please ensure your workplace is identifiable only with permission and avoid any visible company branding/logos.
- By entering, you agree that your photo can be used by 3t for future promotions, with appropriate credit given.

Terms & Conditions
Competition closes midnight on 31st October 2024, entries submitted after this date may not be considered.
Don’t need training right now? The prize is transferrable! Meaning you can nominate a friend, family member or colleague to train instead. The prize must be selected from scheduled training – no bespoke dates, or courses set up on request. No package deals are included.
While this competition is open to international applicants you must be able to travel to one of our facilities in the UK or US to train. Travel expenses and accommodation is not included.
Image must be good quality, high resolution – no screenshots, copies or scans. The image may be square, landscape or portrait format. The image must be your own, no stock photography or stolen images. 3t will not be responsible for any copywrite breach.
Please obtain permission from your employer where your worksite is identifiable, and avoid branding where possible e.g. company names, logos etc. 3t will not be held responsible for any safety breaches arising from such photo taking. It is the individual’s responsibility to ensure they follow workplace rules and adhere to all company safety procedures and regulations.
By entering the individual is agreeing to the use of their image for promotional purposes. While 3t reserves the right to use any images going forward the image remains the property of the photographer and credit will be given where appropriate.
The winner will be chosen by judging panel and notified via email by 12th November 2024.
