Certification: An OPITO certificate will be issued upon successful course completion.
Certificate validity (months): 36
Revalidation: The course must be revalidated every 3 years.
Items to bring: Government Issued Photographic ID eg Driver Licence or Passport Pre-Reading Material: PLEASE COMPLETE THE BELOW PRE-COURSE QUESTIONNAIRE PRIOR TO COURSE COMMENCEMENT. PLEASE BRING THIS WITH YOU TO THE COURSE.
